Guidelines for Materials & Services

This is a Christian themed/ faith based / family friendly event, so please display or offer only items that fit within those parameters. Our goal is to provide our attendees access to exhibitors offering a variety of materials and services including collectibles, artwork, publications, as well as workshops, signings and demonstrations. Do not bring "bootleg", or "Adult" product. Any products that contain vulgar and offensive language, nudity (graphic sexuality), and graphic violence (evisceration and excessive bloodletting) are unacceptable. Any products that attack a specific group of people or religious beliefs are unacceptable. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the convention with no refund.

First-time exhibitors must provide materials for review prior to registration approval.

Exhibitor Spaces

Standard exhibitor spaces come with 1 six-foot table and 2 chairs in a 6'x5' space.

Each full space faces a single walkway and has room for 2 to 3 display racks, etc. Feel free to bring any display racks, shelving, banners, extra tables or chairs, etc. that you may need. If your booth setup is taller than 10 feet high, please contact us and we will let you know if our indoor space will accommodate your desired setup. Sharing tables between two exhibitors is not permitted. Additional tables and chairs are only available by approval from the Exhibitor Coordination Team.

Multimedia Equipment

Please avoid using large multimedia electronic display equipment.
Any displays must be free standing.
Exhibitors will not be allowed to attach any display items to the walls.

Electrical Power

Electrical outlets are limited so electricity is available by approval only. Exhibitors who wish to use electrical power for their exhibit setup must put in a request.

EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancelation Deadline is Wednesday, August 5, 2026 (45 days before the event).

If you are unable to attend the event after you have submitted your application and made your payment, please contact the Exhibitor Coordination Team by the Cancelation Deadline.
Exhibitors that cancel by this date will be fully reimbursed. This allows us enough time to contact other exhibitors who are on the waiting list.

For any cancellation after this date, payment will be non-refundable.
If you are a "no show" the day of the event any payment will be non-refundable.
*If you experience a financial crisis, contact the Exhibitor Coordination Team and a decision can be made concerning the specific situation.

APPROVAL:

All vendor/exhibitor applications will be reviewed by the convention board.

If you have not been accepted by the convention, any funds submitted will be reimbursed. This is not a binding contract until the application has been signed by both the vendor/exhibitor and an authorized representation of the Christian Comic Arts Society. Submitting this application is not a guarantee of space or placement. No verbal agreements will be honored. Acceptance of payment with this form should not be construed to mean payment in full or guarantee of space. If payment is not made by the required deadline, the Christian Comic Arts Society board reserves the right to terminate the contract. An acceptance email with instructions will be sent upon approval of your application.

CONDUCT:

Because we want to create a safe environment for all types of fandom, the Alpha Omega Con will not tolerate harassment of or by convention participants in any form. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the convention with no refund. Please read Rules and Code of Conduct form for further details.

LIABILITY:

Under no circumstances shall the organizer or exhibit facility be liable for any lost profits, theft, harm, damage or injury to person, property, or business of the exhibitor. Exhibitor has the sole responsibility for its property, person, business, volunteers, guests, or employees. The organizer or exhibit facility shall not provide insurance for the exhibit’s person, property, business, guests, employees, or volunteers.

Electronic Signature:

My electronic signature above acknowledges that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with the rules and regulations for vendors and exhibitors at the Alpha Omega Con. I further acknowledge that failure to abide by these rules and regulations for vendors and exhibitors at the Alpha Omega Con may result in the loss of my vendor/exhibitor privileges and immediate expulsion from the convention, without recourse or refund.
